The disadvantages set for this monster are the summoning restriction due to being a spirit, the self-bounce effect at the end, and the battle damage dealt to the opponent is halved.
The self-bounce due to the common effect of the spirit is not always a disadvantage, and although the common feature that cannot be Special Summoned is unavoidable, in addition to that, further disadvantages are set. Clearly harder to use than Dark Elves.
It may have been a blessing for Thunder, who was not blessed with a decent low-class monster hitter in the first season, but in the card pool of this period, it was still not possible to build a Deck centered on Thunder with a clear purpose. Since there weren't any, I felt that the races were mostly decorations.

2000 RBI is a fairly high figure for a lower class when it first appeared, but it halves battle damage, and because of its spirit, it doesn't last long and can't be used for Special Summon, so it's inflexible from the beginning. Performance that is hard to say.
